About The Position

We're looking for a Metal Worker to support the repair and production of critical aerospace components. In this hands-on role, you'll use tools, fixtures, and equipment to modify, blend, and prepare parts to required specifications while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or metalworking experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Blend, polish, and modify metal parts to required specifications
• Set up and use tools, fixtures, and production equipment
• Inspect parts using handheld measuring tools
• Follow production instructions, quality standards, and repair requirements
• Mix and prepare production materials as required
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

Benefits

• Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
