About The Position
We're looking for a hands-on Metal Worker to support the repair and production of critical aircraft engine components. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the opportunity for you. In this hands-on role, you'll use tools, fixtures, and equipment to modify, blend, and prepare parts to precise specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or metalworking experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Blend, polish, and modify metal parts to required specifications
- Set up and use tools, fixtures, and production equipment
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality requirements are met
- Follow production instructions, quality standards, and process requirements
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
Benefits
- Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
