Be part of something bigger with Chromalloy! We're looking for a hands-on Metal Worker to support the repair and production of critical aircraft engine components. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the opportunity for you. In this hands-on role, you'll use tools, fixtures, and equipment to modify, blend, and prepare parts to precise specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing or metalworking experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Blend, polish, and modify metal parts to required specifications
  • Set up and use tools, fixtures, and production equipment
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality requirements are met
  • Follow production instructions, quality standards, and process requirements
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
  • Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
