About The Position

This person will provide day-to-day leadership and supervision in the achievement of productivity, schedule attainment, quality, and Employee Health & Safety programs. The role involves coaching and supporting the area of responsibility, daily communication and coordination with teams, other supervisors, and departments. The supervisor will direct work assignments in accordance with the production schedule, plan and organize activities of the production/assembly line to meet production deadlines, and monitor housekeeping (5 pillars) and correct safety issues. Ensuring compliance to environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards is crucial. The role also includes identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects, preparing and adhering to the department budget, and enforcing policies and procedures, applying disciplinary action as needed. Additionally, the supervisor will prepare and maintain production reports and records, taking corrective action when necessary, coordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needs, and be responsible for inventory analysis, including ordering and purchasing necessary equipment or materials for assembly or production. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2 years of industry experience
Outstanding leadership, influence, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations with high integrity

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical engineering degree is desired

Responsibilities
