Our marketing team in Poland is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, communicative PPC META Specialist to join us remotely. Work with leading brands across Poland and CEE, manage meaningful budgets and grow your expertise alongside a team of marketing specialists.

Requirements

• Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
• Advanced English and fluent Polish.
• Strong analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset.
• Experience with META Ads Manager.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Responsibility, curiosity and a passion for digital marketing.

Nice To Haves

• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Implement lead generation and performance campaigns.
• Work with Polish and international brands.
• Analyze results, manage budgets and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Explore Google, Pinterest and TikTok Ads as you grow.
