About The Position

Turn ad spend into profitable growth. We’re looking for a performance-driven advertising manager to own, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta for an e-commerce consumer products business. You’ll live in the numbers—testing creative, finding opportunities, and making every advertising dollar work harder.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong e-commerce or DTC advertising experience.
Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CVR, CPC, and other performance metrics.
Experience with Google Merchant Center and product-feed advertising.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.
Comfortable managing meaningful advertising budgets and making data-driven decisions.
Strong testing and optimization mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience advertising consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.
Build campaigns focused on revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition, and profitable growth.
Manage budgets, bids, audiences, targeting, and campaign structure.
Monitor daily performance and quickly identify opportunities or issues.
Test creative, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Manage Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, remarketing, and relevant campaign types.
Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
Analyze performance and provide clear, actionable reporting.
Collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams to improve conversion and campaign performance.
Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs and profitability.
