About The Position

Level 9 Virtual is looking for a Google Ads Virtual Assistant who has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and is comfortable working with GoHighLevel (GHL). This is a project-based opportunity, ideal for someone who can jump in, manage campaigns effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Strong GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Understanding of conversion tracking and lead generation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing Google Ads for lead-generation businesses
• Experience with GHL funnels, workflows, pipelines, and tracking
• Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics
• Conduct keyword research and make optimization recommendations
• Create and optimize ad copy and campaign targeting
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Track leads and conversions
• Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management, funnels, tracking, and/or automation
• Troubleshoot campaign and tracking issues when needed
• Provide regular updates on campaign performance and completed tasks
