About The Position

The Merchant Services Consultant serves as an expert on payment processing solutions, including Clover POS systems and credit card processing, while building lasting partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses in the community. The role grows the merchant services portfolio through consultative sales and business development, supports merchants from onboarding through ongoing assistance and training, and works with the commercial banking team to identify opportunities. The consultant analyzes competitor pricing, develops proposals, meets sales targets, and stays current on compliance, PCI standards, and payment technology. Background and drug screening are required.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in banking, commercial sales, or payment processing.
