About The Position

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time Merchandising Supervisor for a territory covering Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore, Moraga, Orinda, Lafayette, and Pleasant Hill. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with hours that vary based on business needs. The salary range is $76,128–$95,160, plus an annual target bonus. The supervisor collaborates with sales and delivery teams to improve productivity and customer service, trains and develops merchandisers, and uses company systems to monitor operations and policy compliance. The role also assigns and adjusts work to meet business and customer demands and monitors employee productivity, safety, and customer service in the field.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tools.
One of the following education and experience combinations is required: a bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of leadership experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
Ensure consistent use of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands.
Conduct work-withs and go-behinds to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety, and customer service standards.
Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
