About The Position
A Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate connects Merchandising and Store Operations to support a positive shopping experience. Requirements
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic, including addition and subtraction.
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
- Ability to use web-based computer programs to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted, or lift more than 25 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Follow lifting guidelines that limit single lifts to 75 pounds; team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed.
- Use powered equipment as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.

- Lowe's sales floor experience.
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays.
- Experience operating powered equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
- Working knowledge of essential tools such as hand tools, drills, and saws.

Responsibilities
- Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications, and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
- Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepared, and ready for shipping.
- Update and validate wayfinding and product-location signage, including digital maintenance of this information throughout the store.
- Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
- Stage clearance products, sort products into appropriate locations, and position displays to help drive add-on sales.
- Repair or replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise, and displays.
- Communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
- Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
- Assist customers when opportunities arise by listening, answering questions, communicating product or warranty information, and helping locate or handle merchandise.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
