About The Position

The Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce, will lead day-to-day merchandising strategy and execution for the AMIRI Digital Flagship – translating seasonal direction and brand priorities into an elevated online experience while driving revenue, conversion, sell-through, AOV, and inventory productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in e-commerce or digital merchandising; luxury fashion or premium retail strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (sales, conversion, AOV, sell-through, traffic, inventory productivity).
  • Proven people management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with Shopify; familiarity with ERP, site search, analytics, and reporting tools preferred.
  • Advanced Excel; strong PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong grasp of luxury brand standards; ability to balance storytelling with performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own site merchandising strategy and execution across categories, collections, and key shopping experiences – including product sequencing, navigation, search, and cross-selling.
  • Drive in-season optimization based on sales, inventory, conversion, and client behavior.
  • Lead the merchandising operating cadence: weekly trade reviews, seasonal hindsights, launch performance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage and develop the Merchandising & Strategy Analyst, ensuring insights translate to clear actions and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning on assortment, launches, and inventory strategy for the digital channel.
  • Own the e-commerce merchandising calendar and launch readiness, aligning product, content, imagery, and operational dependencies.
  • Lead e-commerce photoshoot planning and execution with Creative and external partners.
  • Identify and drive improvements to site experience and merchandising capabilities.
  • Monitor the competitive luxury landscape and champion best practices across the digital business.
