About The Position

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure that products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience, while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency. They execute price changes, rotate products, and complete special projects to improve product displays and meet suppliers’ needs and expectations. MEAs carry out strategies to drive sales by displaying products correctly, building displays and fixtures with basic hand and power tools, and refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures. They work in teams with on-site supervision and serve multiple store departments. The role involves repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment. MEAs also build and maintain relationships with store associates and provide superior service to internal and external customers. Day and overnight positions are available, and the role may be full-time or part-time.
