About The Position
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure that products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience, while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency. They execute price changes, rotate products, and complete special projects to improve product displays and meet supplier needs and expectations. MEAs execute strategies to display products correctly and drive sales, build displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, and refresh display materials, signage, and brochures. They work in teams with on-site supervision, provide service to multiple store departments, and build strong relationships with store associates while providing superior service to internal and external customers. The work requires repetitive lifting and bending and operating lift equipment. Day and overnight positions are available, as are full-time and part-time positions.
Responsibilities
- Stock and properly merchandise products to support the customer shopping experience, with safety, accuracy, and efficiency in mind.
- Execute price changes, rotate products, and complete special projects to improve product displays and meet supplier needs and expectations.
- Execute strategies to display products correctly and drive sales.
- Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools.
