About The Position

Merchandising Execution Associates ensure products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide customers with a good shopping experience, while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency. They execute price changes, rotate products, and complete special projects to improve product displays and meet supplier needs. They carry out sales strategies, build displays and fixtures, and refresh display materials, signage, and brochures. Working in teams with on-site supervision, MEAs serve multiple store departments, build relationships with store associates, and provide customer service to internal and external customers. The role requires repetitive lifting and bending and operation of lift equipment.
