About The Position

Merchandising Execution Associates ensure that products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience, with safety, accuracy, and efficiency as priorities. They execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects to improve product displays and meet suppliers’ needs and expectations. They carry out strategies to display products correctly and drive sales, and build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools while refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures. MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision and serve multiple store departments. They build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and bending.
• Ability to operate lift equipment.
