About The Position

Shell Point is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to manage all aspects of the golf retail operation, with a focus on selecting products for golf, sport activities, and community lifestyle. The role oversees inventory control, visual displays, and customer service to maximize sales and profitability. It also assists with the day-to-day business of the golf operation, including overseeing merchandise operations, checking players in, and handling counter operations. Previous retail management or merchandising experience is sought; golf or high-end retail experience is a plus.
