About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in large-format and local stores. The role supports communities by keeping shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays attractive. Work involves traveling to multiple store locations during the assigned shift and spending most of the day in an active, fast-paced, hands-on environment. The position includes hands-on and classroom training. The stated schedule is Sunday through Saturday, with two consecutive days off. Start time is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.; end time is between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The pay rate is $23.35 per hour. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
The position may require holiday work.
Ability to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and keep the backroom neat and safe.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
Work with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
