About The Position
Merchandise PepsiCo beverages, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role helps keep shelves full, products fresh, and displays appealing. The position is based in Wadsworth, Ohio, and the listed schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, from 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is fast-paced and involves being on the move for most of the day, handling and moving products.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
- Must be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
- Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
- Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
- Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
- Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
- Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
- Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
