About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role supports stores and communities by keeping shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays well maintained. Work days vary based on business needs. Start times are between 4 AM and 6 AM, and end times vary depending on route completion. The position involves driving to multiple store locations in different geographic areas and may require holiday work. The role includes hands-on and classroom training. It is active and fast-paced, with most of the day spent on the go and moving product. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
May be required to work holidays.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
