About The Position

The Merchandiser services stores in Pueblo, Colorado, merchandising PepsiCo products such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina. The role focuses on keeping products stocked, fresh, and well-presented in local and large-format stores. The position is scheduled five days per week, with days off assigned after training based on route availability. The stated start time is 5:00 a.m. and the end time is 1:30 p.m. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with the employee on the go for most of the day, lifting, bending, and moving product. The role involves driving between store locations in different geographic areas and may require holiday work.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores; stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
