About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser focused on large stores in League City and Clear Lake. This full-time position follows a Thursday–Monday schedule, starting at 3 a.m. and continuing until the route is completed. The role helps keep the company’s beverage brands available to customers by merchandising products, managing inventory, placing orders, and communicating with customers and coworkers. A valid driver’s license is required; merchandising or stocking experience is preferred.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds or more, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales or merchandising experience; no work experience is required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, coworkers, and shoppers; resolve issues and follow up.
