About The Position

The Merchandiser stocks and maintains PepsiCo products—including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina—in large-format and local stores serving Park City and surrounding areas. The role involves replenishing shelves, coolers, and displays; rotating products and checking dates; moving and organizing stock; and creating displays and promotional setups. Merchandisers work with store teams and use handheld tools for orders and daily records, with training provided. This is an on-site, full-time role with a variable schedule, two days off per week, and a 4:00 a.m. start. End time varies depending on route completion and business needs.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from backrooms to sales floors, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
