About The Position

The Merchandiser supports PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores in Salt Lake City, Park City, and surrounding areas. The role ensures shelves, coolers, and displays are stocked, fresh, organized, and maintained according to plan. The schedule varies, with two days off per week; shifts start at 4:00 a.m. and end times vary based on route completion and business needs. The position includes on-the-job hands-on and classroom training and involves working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while moving product through the shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
