About The Position

Jacent is hiring a Merchandiser to work in stores in the Peoria, Arizona area. Merchandisers place products, build displays, and work with store personnel to support retail merchandising programs. The role involves cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building displays, merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks, and implementing plan-o-grams.

The position offers $15–$18 per hour, daytime hours, a predictable schedule, and 16–20 hours per week. Paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities are offered. Eligible new hires starting between October 1 and November 30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus payable in four installments.

Requirements

• Reside within 20 miles of Peoria, Arizona.
• Be a self-starter and quick learner who is comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
• Be comfortable in changing environments.
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive hand movements.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners.
