About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help ensure its beverage brands remain available to customers in North Central Houston. The role involves merchandising products and displays, managing inventory, ordering products on existing sales routes, and communicating with customers, coworkers, and shoppers. The position is full-time with daytime shifts. A personal vehicle is required for use during business hours.

Requirements

Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales or merchandising experience; no work experience is required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, coworkers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
