About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover East Houston and surrounding areas. The role helps ensure the company’s beverage brands are available to customers by maintaining product displays, equipment placements, shelf allocations, and product levels. The position works full-time day shifts and requires use of a personal vehicle during business hours. Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour based on experience, with additional earning opportunities that may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience; no work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place point-of-sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Communicate daily with customers, co-workers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
