About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help ensure its beverage brands are available to customers in their communities. The role covers Conroe and the surrounding area and involves merchandising products on existing sales routes. The schedule is full-time day shifts. Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience, with possible performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Communicate daily with customers, co-workers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
