About The Position

Merchandisers place PepsiCo products—including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina—in large-format and local stores, helping maintain full shelves, fresh products, and attractive displays. The role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule starting at 4 a.m. The end time varies according to route completion and business needs. The work involves traveling to multiple store locations, stocking and organizing products, building displays, and communicating with store teams. Hands-on and classroom on-the-job training is provided. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that keeps team members moving for most of the day and involves lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
The position may require working holidays.
Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
