About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role supports communities by keeping shelves full, products fresh, and displays well maintained. Work takes place across multiple store locations in assigned geographic areas, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The position is fast-paced and involves being on the go for most of the day while handling and moving products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
• Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
• Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records; training is provided.
