About The Position

The Merchandiser promotes PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, by maintaining product availability and displays in local and large-format stores. The role involves stocking shelves, coolers, and displays; rotating product and checking dates; moving and organizing stock; and supporting promotional initiatives. Merchandisers work with store teams and use handheld tools for orders and daily records, with training provided. This position is based in Laredo, Texas, with a variable schedule and two days off per week. The listed start time is 4 a.m.; no end time is provided. The role involves traveling between store locations, working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and performing repeated physical tasks over a 10–12-hour work period. The position may require holiday work. On-the-job training includes hands-on and classroom training. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Position may require working holidays.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
