About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in large-format and local stores. The role supports communities by keeping shelves full, products fresh, and displays appealing. Work is based in Marysville, Washington, with a Thursday–Monday schedule from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. The position includes hands-on and classroom training. It is a fast-paced, hands-on role that involves being on the go for most of the day and lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
May be required to work holidays.
Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores; stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
