About The Position

Franz Family Bakery is seeking a part-time Sales Merchandiser based in Provo, Utah. The role ensures customers have well-stocked, fresh, and attractively presented bakery products in assigned stores. The successful candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively with people inside and outside the organization. The position pays $24.00 per hour, with weekly pay, and involves working fewer than 20 hours per week. The schedule is discussed during the interview; availability is required between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.

The merchandiser maintains bakery products in assigned stores by stocking shelves, rotating outdated products, facing items, and keeping displays neat. The role also involves driving a personal vehicle to customer locations, loading and unloading products in a company-issued vehicle, and pushing or pulling racks and trays. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar merchandising position.
• Availability to work between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.
• A solid, proven work history demonstrating reliability, safety, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and perform frequent to constant handling activities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large, bulky product racks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, math test, physical, and physical capacity test.
• Clean driving record; must provide a current driving abstract from the department of licensing if called for an interview.

Responsibilities
