About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in large-format and local stores in the Frankfort, NY area. The role supports fully stocked shelves, fresh products, and effective store displays. Work includes stocking shelves, coolers, and displays; rotating products and checking dates; moving and organizing stock; maintaining safe, neat backrooms; and setting up promotional materials. The position involves traveling between store locations and using handheld tools for orders and daily records, with training provided. The schedule is based on the relief route and may be either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, with two consecutive days off. Availability is required Monday through Sunday, including weekends, and the position may require holiday work. Start time is 5:00 a.m.; the end time is upon completion of assigned work. The role is on-site and includes hands-on and classroom training. It is a fast-paced, active position involving frequent movement and repeated handling of product.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.
Be available to work weekends, Monday through Sunday; holiday work may also be required.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
