About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role supports communities by keeping shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays effective. Work is on the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with hands-on and classroom training provided. The position is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a variable schedule, two days off per week, and a stated start time of 5 a.m. and end time of 1 p.m. Full-time team members are offered competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow a long-term career at PepsiCo.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Personal transportation is required to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
The position may require holiday work.
Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
