About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverages, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role helps keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays effective. The position is based in Alamosa, Colorado, pays $20.25 per hour, and has a variable work schedule with two days off per week. The stated work hours are 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is active and fast-paced, with much of the day spent moving products and working in stores.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Personal transportation required to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Position may require working holidays.
Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from backrooms to sales floors, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
