About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role supports communities by keeping shelves full, products fresh, and displays in good condition. Work takes place across multiple store locations in Fort Myers, Florida, with a schedule that varies based on business needs and a listed start time of 4:00 a.m. and end time of 5:00 p.m. The position includes on-the-job learning through hands-on and classroom training. It is a fast-paced, hands-on role spent on the move for most of the day, including lifting, bending, and moving product. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
