About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in large-format and local stores in the Frankfort, NY area. The role involves stocking shelves, coolers, and displays; maintaining product freshness and availability; moving and organizing stock; building displays and setting up promotional materials; and coordinating with store teams. Handheld tools are used to support orders and daily records, with training provided. The schedule depends on the relief route and may be four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, with two consecutive days off. Team members must be available any day Monday through Sunday, including weekends, and may be required to work holidays. The start time is 5:00 a.m.; the end time is upon completion of assigned work. The role pays $21.50 per hour and is on-site, with travel to multiple store locations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.
Must be available to work weekends, Monday through Sunday; holidays may also be required.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
