About The Position

Merchandiser for PepsiCo beverages in local and large-format stores in Atlanta, Georgia. The role focuses on keeping products such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina stocked, fresh, and attractively displayed. Workdays vary and include weekends. The shift starts at 4 a.m. and ends when the route is completed. The position includes hands-on and classroom training. It is a high-energy, fast-paced role spent on the go for most of the day, moving products throughout the shift. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
May be required to work holidays.
Must be able to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from backrooms to sales floors, organize stock, and maintain neat, safe backrooms.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
