Part Time Merchandiser
About The Position
Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in an assigned local territory. The role ensures products and displays meet client standards and typically averages 5 hours per week, or 10 hours per week in some areas. Service locations are in Bogalusa, Louisiana. The work includes stocking and organizing merchandise, updating planograms and displays, completing audits and reports, assisting with store refreshes and resets, and applying security tags and labels. Merchandisers take photos and submit reports through a mobile app, build professional relationships with store associates and management, and communicate directly with their District Manager while working independently. Virtual training and ongoing support are provided; no experience is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email communication.
- Work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
- Be professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Effectively communicate with store personnel.
- Understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
- Move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks.
- Consistently access product on shelving from ground level to 5 feet high and occasionally up to 6 feet high.
- Accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
- Consistently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
