Part Time Merchandiser
About The Position
Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in an assigned local area. The role ensures products and displays meet client standards and includes stocking and organizing merchandise, updating planograms and displays, completing audits and reports, assisting with store resets, and applying tags and labels. The route typically averages 5 hours per week, or 10 hours per week in some areas, and includes two listed locations in San Luis Obispo, California. Travel between locations is paid, and mileage is reimbursed. Virtual training and ongoing support are provided; no prior experience is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks.
- Ability to consistently access products on shelving from ground level to 5 feet high, and occasionally up to 6 feet high.
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise.

- Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
- Communicate directly with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
