About The Position

Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in an assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The route averages approximately five hours per week, and in some areas up to 10 hours per week, including service at 9328 Sam Snead Hwy, Hot Springs, VA 24445. The role offers a flexible schedule in the local market, virtual training, and ongoing support. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations. Early wage access and a 401(k) with company match are available when eligible. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks.
Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground level to 5 feet high, and occasionally up to 6 feet high.
Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
Related experience includes retail, customer service, merchandising, stocking, inventory, delivery services, gig work, part-time employment, or dollar store retail.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
Update planograms and product displays.
Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
Assist with store refreshes and resets.
Apply security tags and labels.
Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
Communicate directly with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
