About The Position

The Merchandiser supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts by helping customers manage inventory in assigned accounts. This includes assisting with deliveries and stocking and maintaining shelves, cold boxes, and back rooms. The role involves creative, fast-paced thinking and collaborative teamwork with sales personnel and customers. The position enhances the visibility of shelves, cold boxes, and retail inventory according to merchandising standards; works with Sales Representatives and Corporate Mass Marketing to maintain proper product inventory for shelves, counters, cold boxes, and floor displays; adheres to supplier brand standards; builds and maintains rapport with store managers; and shares brand and product knowledge with store managers and customers as needed. The role pays $20.00 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with Saturday work required. The work involves travel to customers, prospects, or vendors and exposure to weather conditions. Physical demands include frequent standing or walking, regular lifting of objects up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. The work also requires sustained mental and visual concentration and carries potential travel-related accident risks. Responsibilities
