About The Position

This part-time, on-site Merchandiser services products in multiple retail stores in Osgood, Indiana, and surrounding areas (servicing ZIP code 47037). The role travels between assigned stores, with travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover the territory. Stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to an established schedule. Compensation is $15, and travel time between accounts is paid. A retention and/or referral bonus may be available after three months, subject to program eligibility.

The Merchandiser works within retail environments to merchandise products according to applicable store and corporate standards, replenish products safely and efficiently, and may assemble shelves, racks, and display cases using measurement guidelines. The role records hours and other company-related information using designated applications, communicates regularly with the Supervisor, and must obtain approval before working outside scheduled hours or beyond 10 hours in a workday or overtime.

Employment is contingent on a background check, a four-panel drug test that does not include THC, and MVR clearance. • Ability to perform the physical demands listed, including frequent bending, squatting, standing, walking, kneeling, pushing/pulling, handling objects, and fine finger movements; occasional sitting and reaching above shoulder level; and carrying/lifting light and moderate loads frequently and heavy loads occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products in retail environments according to applicable store and corporate standards.
• Replenish products safely and efficiently.
• Assemble shelves, racks, and display cases when needed, following measurement guidelines.
• Service assigned stores as scheduled and within the allotted hours provided by the Supervisor of Merchandising.
• Seek prior approval from the Supervisor before working outside scheduled hours; contact the Supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or working overtime.
• Accurately record work hours and other company-related information using designated applications.
• Discuss duties requested by store personnel that are not listed in the role description with the Supervisor before performing them.
• Handle all products correctly, including returns, and follow planograms (POGs), flowcharts, and related instructions.
• Communicate regularly with the Supervisor and develop relationships with store personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
