About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help keep its beverage brands available to customers in the Edinburg, McAllen, and Pharr, Texas areas. The role involves merchandising products and maintaining displays and equipment in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, co-workers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
