About The Position

The Part-Time Merchandiser helps drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. The role carries out merchandising and visual directives, maintains visual standards, responds to sales and inventory needs, and works with store leadership and inventory partners to support a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager or Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive sales, maintain brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to maintain visual standards throughout the day and week, supporting shared team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as needed.
