About The Position

The Merchandiser travels to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes in the Plainfield/Avon area. The role ensures company products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly. The Merchandiser transports products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment, maintains and organizes backstock, and uses company-issued technology and systems for routing, account monitoring, and documenting merchandising execution. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with a morning start. Pay is $19 per hour, plus mileage and a car allowance. The position is overtime eligible and offers PTO, benefits, and opportunities for growth after six months, along with an annual merit increase. Offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
Have reliable personal automobile transportation.
Maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Maintain auto insurance coverage that meets company and state-law minimum requirements.
Be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Have 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
Transport products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos using company systems to document execution in accounts.
Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
Complete other projects or duties as assigned.
