About The Position

Hallmark is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to service Hallmark departments at assigned retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. The role works independently to maintain product displays and inventory, build relationships with store teams, and represent Hallmark. Merchandisers may also support other products in stores they service and assist colleagues in other territories when needed. The position averages 4–7 hours per week, with a variable schedule during the work week. Work increases around seasonal holidays and may include additional days, extended hours, weekends, and—in some cases—working on the holiday itself. Merchandisers may also participate in department resets, fixture installations, and store remodel assignments, which may involve evening or weekend work. Training is provided through hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training.
