About The Position

The Merchandiser supports, services, and maintains customer accounts for Johnson Brothers, a family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. The role involves stocking shelves, coolers, and inventories; strategically placing products; building displays; and supporting in-store tastings. The territory includes College Station, Bryan, and Brenham. The schedule must accommodate Saturdays and follows one of two options: Tuesday through Saturday, or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and a high-energy personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals- and results-driven.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Must be available to work Saturdays under one of the stated schedules.
