About The Position

Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The role provides in-store merchandising and stocking at customer accounts to ensure products are presented for consumer purchase. Work includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing and maintaining point-of-sale materials, rotating stock, and keeping products presentable. Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable.
• Goal-oriented, focused, and assertive.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and bend, twist, squat, and lift.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Preferred candidates reside within approximately 15–20 miles of the assigned route.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products at each account.
• Inventory and reorganize back stock.
• Refill cold boxes, shelves, and displays, and dust products as needed.
• Build displays, fix shelving, and hang signage.
• Install point-of-sale materials and keep them presentable.
