Sheridan Merchandiser (F/T) & $20/hr
About The Position
The Merchandiser displays and arranges beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to attract customers, while providing excellent customer service to store owners and customers. The role involves arranging products, maintaining displays, managing product stock and orders, and communicating with store personnel about service or product needs. The position is based in Sheridan, Wyoming, pays $20 per hour, and includes a $2,000 bonus. Merchandisers must work accurately and independently, present a professional appearance, and be able to lift up to 70 pounds. The work environment is usually moderately noisy and may occasionally involve exposure to outside weather conditions.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy.

- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Arrange products according to a prearranged plan or ideas approved by management.
- Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
- Transfer products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with sell-by dates, maximize in-store product, and minimize stock-room inventory.
- Order products for assigned accounts according to established procedures to prevent out-of-stock conditions.
- Develop display ideas or follow suggestions or schedules from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
- Communicate daily with key store personnel about service or product needs.
- Construct or assemble display aids using company-provided Point of Sale materials.
- Wear the company-provided uniform and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve complaints or grievances.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
